  • As someone who has worked in both roles, everything. A venue coordinator is hired by the venue to make sure the client has everything needed as stated in the venue contract. This can include working lights, showing where the garbage goes and possibly table arrangements. A lot of times you don't see them except when you first arrive and when it's time to check the property at the end of the event. A venue coordinator is not there to manage your vendors or anything you would bring into the venue.

    On your wedding day, I handle everything else that comes along: your hired vendors, table décor, floral arrangements, DJ and musicians, caterer, etc. I would be able to make decisions as the day goes on and be the point person for all of your vendors without having to bother you. Your hired vendors appreciate having someone who knows what the overall picture looks like on the day of your wedding so they can focus on the services you hired them for.

  • We love all types of weddings that reflect you as a couple. Want something with a lot of color? Let’s do it! Want something romantic and classic? Sounds lovely! Want something moody? Most definitely!

    Through our design process we’ll work towards finding those little details that cause guests to walk in saying “Oh, this is SO them!” instead of thinking they’ve already seen the same wedding before. Because nobody wants that!

  • Heck yeah, we travel! 

    We’ve planned weddings all around Washington as well as out of state. We also are knowledgeable about vendors and weddings in the general Paris area so if you’re looking for assistance overseas, we’re your gals.

  • I love to analyze the details of your wedding planning as well as the logistics of your wedding day to make sure you don't have anything missing, or any potential hiccups. We are professional, timely and very cool under pressure and have all the documents to back us up during our planning process. We are also LGBTQ+ and BIPOC allies and support our friends in the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities with open arms.

  • Our clients have private access to their own Google-based wedding planning site, which includes everything you need to plan your wedding with us.

    We also use a couple of other hand-picked programs that make collaboration easier between you and your vendors and help provide a full picture of how your day will look.

    Some items included on the Google site are:

    • Guest list tracker

    • Budget tracker

    • Planning checklist

    • Organizational tools to manage your vendor contracts and details

    • Much, much more!

  • We require a signed contract and an initial retainer in order to secure your date. After that, we split your payments up in to 3-4 payments, depending on the service level you select. We are flexible about creating more payments if need be though.

    All credit card fees are included in your pricing. We don’t want add extra stress with extra fees so what you see is what you get.
