  • A personalized Google based planning site with over 15 different documents and organizational tools to aid in your planning

  • Initial planning meeting after you book with us to kick start your vendor-booking adventures

  • Unlimited emails for all the questions that come up along the way

  • Access to your working timeline to add notes and comments when things need updating

  • A list of our tried and true favorite vendors so you don’t have to scour the web for hours

  • Contact with your wedding pros ahead of time to allow time for them to do their best work day-of

  • Venue walkthrough 2 months before your wedding

  • Check in meetings

  • Custom 3D layouts of your venue for ceremony and reception

  • Rehearsal coordination to help answer all those questions about who stands where, when to walk, etc. (spoiler alert: we tell you all when to walk out)

  • Up to 12 hours of service on the wedding day so we’re the first on site and the last to leave, ensuring every last detail is taken care of

You have a busy life as it is and planning a wedding takes a lot of patience, energy and time.

Whether it’s assistance with selecting your venue or finding the perfect vendors, we’re here to help make your life easier when it comes to planning a wedding using our past experience with over 100 weddings plus constant education and connections being made in the event world.

Our full planning packages always include our comprehensive management package as well as custom design assistance.

We’ll keep track of what needs to be done and when so all you have to do is say “We love it!” or “Not so much” to the options we present. Let us help save you the time and energy of researching what you need for your wedding while fully enjoying the planning process without feeling bogged down by details.

After working with you to create a full budget for your wedding, we’ll then handle the research, time and endless searches and emails to select up to 3 of our favorite vendors in each category that are available, suit your financial comfort zone and style. We set up and attend every meeting with you and take all the notes so you don’t have to. You can then choose who is the best fit for your wedding.

We help narrow down your design ideas into a cohesive set of design boards so you know exactly how your wedding is going to look.

You will have a user-friendly platform so you'll know when you need to have decision details complete, and how we'll handle the rest. 

You’ll head into your wedding weekend knowing everything will be taken care of because we’ve been there every step of the way.

Design + Management

Our high touch design services help uplevel your event and create a gorgeous setting for you to get married in. More of a partial planning level of service, we have separate meetings to go over the details of your design including going through your Pinterest boards, showroom appointments and creative team meetings. We assist with the selection process for your design vendors including your florist, rentals, stationer and more. Armed with a personalized set of mood boards, your wedding day will have a seamless and cohesive feel from the invitations to the favor tags.

This package includes our full Management services that gives you the tools and documents you need to plan out the remainder of your wedding.

Matching design services with our management services provides a beautiful, seamless event that runs smoothly from start to finish.

After starting with an initial planning meeting where we start to build out your timeline, you’re off to the races to plan your dream day.

We revisit everything starting about 3 months out followed by a site visit and meetings to help bring everything together.

Our meetings, forms and timelines ensure you a successful, low-stress wedding day by tackling the ‘what if’s’ in advance.

Armed with the tools of years of experience, you can plan your wedding using our forms, checklists and list of favorite wedding pros to create the perfect wedding for you.

Consultations

Not ready to book one of our services but would like someone to bounce ideas off of? Book one of our 1 hour consultations and come ready to ask away. 

We’ll start with a questionnaire so I can get to know you and your wedding plans thus far ahead of time. Once that’s set, we’ll jump on zoom and plan whatever you need assistance with for your wedding. Fill out our contact form to learn more about this service!
