Carly and Hunter - Farm 12 modern wedding

I met Carly and Hunter when they stopped by our booth at the Tacoma Wedding Show earlier that year. They were warm, inviting and we instantly hit it off with the two of them plus Hunter’s mom. We instantly bonded over our table set-up that was reminiscent of Taylor Swift’s Midnight album outfit during the Eras Tour. If you know, you know. :)

They booked us for management services and we met with them at Farm 12 to help them set up a layout that was both modern and functional for their desire for a layout that was different but still worked with their varying table guest counts. We came up with a mixture of long and round tables plus their long head table that was both visually lovely and also functional. When they realized the morning of the wedding that a couple of guest tables needed to be switched, we instantly took care of it so no one knew they were originally supposed to be elsewhere.

They wanted a modern design focusing on light florals, lots of candles plus a neutral black and white color palette. The result was gorgeous, clean and a lot of fun.

They ended the night with an ice cream treat from the venue and a bubble party during the dance floor that their guests partied in until the end of the evening. Their sparkler exit was the cherry on top of the amazing day these two had surrounded by so much love. We made sure their bags were in the getaway car well before their exit and handed out sparklers to guests while they had their final private dance together inside.

It’s always so fun to look back at a gallery taken over the course of an entire wedding day from start to finish. Seeing the couple as happy during their exit as they were at the beginning of the day is a testament to their closest friends and family, their love for each other and also for the vendor team who made it all happen.
